I need a hug

Hello there.

I hate how stress ruins weight loss! I went from losing at least a pound a day fasting (usually more) to losing half a pound if I'm lucky. I've had all this stress which actually kills my appetite. Between cortisol and stress caused metabolism drops this is screwing with my weight loss.
It is so disheartening that amongst everything else going wrong or threatening to go wrong now even fasting isn't working.

I'm sad and angry and feeling overall blah.

Have a better day than me.
