60-some hours left in the year. Setting my next goal date as jan 21. Not too daunting. Now that all the holiday obligation eating is over with I can restrict in peace.
Trying to work out my resolutions.
1. Working out everyday. Even if it is just walking. My main problem here is my back pain but I should be able to at least walk a bit on bad days.
2. Tweeting my weigh in everyday. No more feeling too pathetic to admit the number.
3. Fast one day a week. I need to focus on gaining discipline so I can restrict most days and not want to binge because I fasted for days.
Still have some time to think about it.
